Tejava® Meets Seattle

SEATTLE – August 6, 2014 – Tejava unsweetened iced tea took its unparalleled flavor to the Pacific Northwest this month and landed in Seattle. The highlight of our visit was a media dinner at Chef Ethan Stowell’s Staple & Fancy. The main course was fresh salmon poached in Tejava. Other menu items included Ahi tuna crudo glazed with a tea reduction and an heirloom tomato and nectarine salad with a Tejava vinaigrette. The dinner was attended by Jennifer Adler, author of Passionate Nutrition, along with Nicole Brodeur of the Seattle Times, and bloggers from EatinSeattle and Frantic Foodie. This event capped off a summer-long Tejava campaign to encourage consumers to try the natural, refreshing, and great tasting Tejava unsweetened tea.
